Do you provide an installation service?
We do not provide an installation service. We recommend checking in with a carpenter or trade professional to help with your measurement before purchase and installation once your door is ready.
Do you paint or stain the doors?
We do not paint or stain the doors before they are delivered to our customers. All our doors are supplied in natural timber finish. However, a carpenter or trade professional should be able to help if you need assistance with painting or staining.
Do you offer delivery?
For now, it is to be picked up from our warehouse only. However, we can arrange delivery if needed with an additional charge.
Do you make custom doors?
Yes, we can custom-make doors for you. Contact us or fill in our enquiry form to let us know your requirements.
What is your lead time?
Lead times are highly dependent on the product type and the complexity of the process. Please check directly with us.

Overhead protection and proper door care are essential in preventing deterioration of your doors. By ensuring adequate overhead cover, regular inspection and maintenance, your doors lifespan will be extended.
What colour should I paint my door?
It is recommended to choose oil-based reproof with light reflective colours to reduce the risk of heat absorption which may cause warping and shrinking.
Do you supply hollow core doors?
